Gemma4 nightly coverage (dapo-gemma4-e2b 12 GPU-hrs + vlm_grpo-gemma4-e4b 16 GPU-hrs) pushes the nightly total to 1897, over the 1890 cap. Bump the budget to 1900, following the established pattern (most recently NVIDIA-NeMo#2777, 1820 -> 1890).
