Description

PR #2773 added a much needed functionality which allows users to mount the sandbox inside the host which makes it quick and easy to make edits or move files.
Unfortunately, the change wasn't replicated in the hermes Dockerfile.base.

(Also, I've noticed that other packages are also missing (gnupg, procps).)

Reproduction Steps

1. Compile the sandbox
2. Try to mount via share mount

OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
OpenShell 0.0.36
NemoClaw 0.0.33
Hermes Agent 2026.4.30

SSHFS mount failed.
