In SAM 2023.12.17, battery does not dispatch to grid in Period 6 (Jun, Jul, Aug 6am - 9am, 5pm - 6pm):

Fix #1112, see issue for test instructions. Expect the two SAM cases in that file to match their dispatch output.
No milestone since it's not clear whether this will land in the release or patch 1 - for discussion at today's meeting.
