Changes National Laboratory of the Rockies Laboratory and Alliance name, as well as updating copyright year to 2026. Didn't change NREL anywhere except where it occurred directly next to "National Renewable Energy Laboratory".
DIdn't want to mess up any references to org for GitHub, Rubygems, Docker, or other sites.
