With this change, we can get rid of the run_mudlet helper script in the macOS app bundle

I like it, as I can see it! (I'm primarily looking at the C++ stuff) so if we can avoid the need for a "helper" shell script then I give it a 👍 |

With this change, we can get rid of the run_mudlet helper script in the macOS
app bundle.
