Echoed lines don't have timestamps anymore

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

1. Activate timestamps via bottom right buttons
2. Observe how lines from game all show timestamps
3. Observe how lines echoed by your scripts do not show timestamps

3. Echoes lines should show timestamps

Extra information, such as the Mudlet version, operating system and ideas for how to solve / implement:

Mudlet 4.16 proper showed timestamps on echoed lines.
PTB version 2022-11-08 does not show them anymore.
Could @atari2600tim maybe look into the regression?
