Brief summary of issue / Description of requested feature:
When you add a text label to Mudlet, it would be nice to white outline on it to make it stand out like on this map (credit: http://www.asteriamud.com/worldmap.jpg)

It would be really nice of you can add a white or any other color outline to text.
Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:
- Create a new map in Mudlet
- Create a label with a transparent background, e.g. alpha channel 0:

- Observe how text doesn't have an outline
Error output / Expected result of feature
An option both in the right-click label creation menu and in createMapLabel to set an outline and an outline colour around the text. We don't yet need an option for how large the outline should be - that shouldn't be a burden on the user to figure out what it right, it should instead scale automatically with the text size.
