Fixes recent regressions in the Perps tutorial carousel

### Changes:
- Fixed tutorial animations being cut-off at the bottom
- Fixed "Ready to trade?" screen title and description text rendering on
top of each other
- Replaced `HyperEVM` reference with `HyperCore`
