Expected result:

With HW, we don't support gas sponsorship for MON or SEI network. In the activity log, in the transaction details the gas fee should be shown for the Send transaction on the MON or SEI network.

Actual result:

In the activity log, in the transaction details, the "paid by metamask" info is shown for the Send transaction on the Mon and Sei network.

Environment - iOS:

Device: iPhone 12 ; iOS 26.4.1
MM version: 7.74.0 build 4609

Environment - Android:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 ; Android 16
MM version: 7.74.0 build 4609
