On 7.69.0 RC, the Select Network Modal on Android is not scrollable.

Expected behavior

You can scroll the list

Steps to reproduce

1. On Android, Go to Swaps
2. Select source token
3. Click on "X More" to show the Select Network modal
4. Try to scroll the list
5. If the list isn't long enough, add more networks first
