Describe the bug

Expected result:

The user should be able to cancel/speed up the transaction.

Actual result:

When the user tries to cancel/speed up the transaction, “transaction update failed” errors are presented.

Environment - iOS:

Device: iPhone 12 ; iOS 26.1
MM PROD version: 7.61.5

Environment - Android:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 ; Android 16
MM PROD version: 7.61.5

ETH app version 1.20.0
Ledger OS:

• Add hardware wallet
• Connect Ledger Nano X wallet
• Send sepoliaETH and set low network fee
• In Ledger, sign the transaction
• Try to speed up the transaction OR try to cancel the transaction
