Describe the bug

When user got lockout on mobile devices.

They put the app in the background

After few minutes they open the app and the lockout timer did not count

Expected behavior

The timer should count when in background

1. Login failed to see the lockout timer
2. Put app in the background. Remember the timer at that time
3. After few minutes, open the app again, check the timer
