What is this about?

We are requesting the addition of Expo prebuilds to our Flask environment pipeline to streamline the development process. The new workflows should include:

• iOS Simulator Prebuilds
• iOS Physical Device Prebuilds
• Android Physical Device Prebuilds (also include test APK so that we can run e2e against it)

These additions will help developers test and deploy their applications more efficiently across different platforms.
