Build: 7.41.0.(1567)
iOS

  1. install MM
  2. recover from SRP
  3. add hardware wallet (Keystone)
  4. import Keystone accounts
  5. verify Keystone accounts have been added to account list
  6. attempt to swap using Ethereum mainnet to Dai
  7. scan the qr code

Actual: Invalid QR Code error
