Describe the bug

When rejecting with ledger, I get You rejected. fetch new quotes? message and cannot get out of this loop after clicking on it. There's. anew quote but no way to Confirm the transaction, as the button is not there

1. Import a Ledger account
2. Click Swap
3. Add amounts and recipients
4. Confirm
5. On you device, reject
6. See rejected message, and click Fetch new ones
7. See new quote is loaded, but not possible to confirm anymore or get out of this state
