What does this PR do?

Resowing following problems:

• label conflict seems not to remove the label after resolving conflict
• the update seems to be failing with forked PRs Continue even if some PRs fails chinthakagodawita/autoupdate#100
• update as it GHA does not trigger consecutive GHA tests (which is a known issue)

Some concerns:

• the only question is how the update works here if it requires also resolve conflicts, which is not well described in docs
