MESH chain would like to activate CC modules at block height 320000. This will be a hardforking change for MESH. The date is set approximately well after the Komodo Season 4 Notary activation.

WLC was already removed in this commit of dPoW repo as WLC21 replaced WLC - Remove references to WLC #130 and this commit in Komodo repo remove WLC GLEECBTC/komodo-daemon#352
