Select better value in MultiMergeEntries dialog component (#15027)

Use PlausibilityComparatorFactory in MultiMergeEntriesViewModel to select the more plausible value when merging fields from multiple sources, instead of always keeping the first-seen value. (a more specific date over a less specific one, more authors over fewer)
Add DateFieldPlausibilityComparator to prefer more specific dates.

Before the feature: the 2017-09-12 from OpenAlex was not selected
