Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Launch JabRef

Open File → Preferences

Change language to 中文（简体） (zh_CN) and save/apply

Observe the restart-required confirmation dialog

Expected behavior

The confirmation text is fully localized in Simplified Chinese (including the language name, e.g., “中文（简体）”), with natural Chinese wording and punctuation.

Actual behavior

The first line reads in Chinese but embeds the English language name “Chinese (Simplified)” (mixed-language sentence), suggesting incomplete localization.

Notes

This is introduced by #14537 , or more precisely, the localization was not fully implemented by #14537.
