Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Add a pdf to an entry
2. Preferences -> AI -> Add an api key for gemini and for open ai
3. Select model gemin
4. Chat with AI -> Gemini model is used (see status bar)
5. Change model in preferences to gp4 or any other OpenAI-compatible
6. Select entry again -> Chat with AI ->
7. Status bar stil shows gemini but log/console shows open ai is called
