Current state:

1. Start JabRef
2. Click on "New exmaple library"
3. Select "Ding_2006"
4. Select tab "Citation information"

Since tab "Citation information" does not take much information, it can be merged into a new section within "Citation relations". If that new section requires a header, then name it "Metrics".

Expected result:

Task:

1. Rename tab "Citation relations" to "Citations"
2. Move org.jabref.gui.entryeditor.SciteTabViewModel#fetchTallies to new class ScienceAiFetcher in package org.jabref.logic.importer.fetcher (in module jablib.
3. Introduce record TalliesResponse (if handled by GSon, otherwise class) to handle Response from tallies endpoint
4. ViewModel should transform TalliesResponse to UI information

It is OK to include in CitationsRelationsTabViewModel. You can also nest two JavaFX component in the tab "Citation relations"
