Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Open Jabref
2. Select function "New entry" (version 5.15) / "Create new entry" (latest)
3. Insert ISBN number in "Select entry type" / "New Entry" window (i.e. 978-3-667-13065-5, with or without hyphens)
4. Click on "Generate" / "Search" button

Result: "Failed to import by ID"

Search will find correct publication on ISBN search websites (i.e isbnsearch, bookfinder, abe) gives correct informations.
