Is your suggestion for improvement related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to import bibliography in the refer format. The refer format is very similar to EndNote. JabRef already has an Endnote importer.
Describe the solution you'd like
An importer and maybe exporter for Refer.
Add tests for the importer and exporter.
