Describe the bug
If "Ask for confirmation..." is ticked, no confirmation window pops up, even though NORMAL+MULTI+AUTO+CONF+HB+ACK indicates that "CONF" is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to File->Settings->Networking & Autoreply
2. Click on the "Ask for confirmation before sending autoreply transmissions" check box
3. Click "Ok" to close the settings
4. Receive a message requiring an autoreply (e.g., a SNR? or other query, HB ACK, etc.)
5. Observe that no reply is sent, and no pop-up window to allow sending is presented.

Expected behavior
As with older versions, a pop-up window should be presented allowing the operator to choose to reply or cancel.

Additional context

• This works in version 2.5.2, but not in 3.0.1.
• Is this possibly another victim of the pills formatting? Maybe @punk-kaos can check on this.
