Metronome does not work when vibrate-on-notification is disabled #637
Description
To reproduce:
- Disable vibrate-on-notification (bell icon on left screen)
- Open metronome app
- Start metronome
What I expect: periodic vibrations in the given tempo.
What actually happens: nothing!
