Summary

• add docker-compose parity profile blocks to charts/mcp-stack/values.yaml with optional features disabled by default
• add optional Helm resources for nginx proxy, monitoring stack, testing stack, benchmark stack, TLS frontend, inspector, and registration jobs
• add fast-time server command/args parity support in deployment values/template
• extend values schema for the new top-level optional profile keys
