These files should all be removed. They are mostly unused and, what little is used, should be moved into Library/Homebrew/cmd/, Library/Homebrew/dev-cmd/ or under Library/Homebrew/cask/.

Remove dead/unused code.

Cleaner code makes Homebrew easier to maintain which results in fewer bugs.

What alternatives to the feature have been considered?

Leaving this as-is.
