Just tested this on my end and it worked great. Everything is in same order as it is in the folders i had for pre mod menu |

Apparently there's no guarantee that a directory iterator will iterate alphabetically (who'da thunk :P). This applies the expected lexicographical sort to initial and new mod listings when added to the mod order setting. This is intended as a temporary measure until additions like grouping are added to the mod menu, where more granular control of this process will be possible.
