1. reading out every second doesn't have enough time to even say more than a number 2. tts is hard to hear the rest of the game over while it's counting non stop

Given that the go up timers are 50 seconds and a minute respectively, I wonder if 30 seconds is the best interval because it's useless for epona race and only tells you you've failed in dampe. I'm not sure what number would actually be best though, maybe 25 (failed epona race and nearly out of time for dampe?) IIRC running man race is also a go-up timer though not currently relevant for anything |

I think 10s frequency when timer <= 60 would be fine |
