for context on this one - is it possible to get to the room with this puzzle without having enough strength to push blocks? |

No, you'll need to get past big block puzzle room. I think that can be skipped in MQ with precise chus & longshot. But these blocks don't need strength. Consideration to check this with str0 can be added when str0 is added. With shuffle dungeon doors one can reach room without str0 |

MQ also lets you reach the Amy puzzle with no strengths, as you can do the SoT climb from courtyard |

between this and cuccos it sounds like it might be worth making an issue to track strength 0 logic gotchas so we can land things like this and just say "sounds like this may impact strength 0 when we add it, put it on the list"
