🎯 Objective

Translate body content of ~73 Danish (_da) and ~72 Finnish (_fi) HTML files that currently contain English text despite having localized metadata and infrastructure.

📋 Background

Danish and Finnish are tied for the second-worst body content translation. Both languages have complete HTML infrastructure but most files still contain English body text.

Danish (DA) breakdown:

Category Files with English body Total
Blog articles 16/27 59%
Discordian ISMS 35/43 81%
Product pages 9/10 90%
Industry + ISO 6/7 86%
Core pages 4/5 80%
Total 73/96 76%

Finnish (FI) breakdown:

Category Files with English body Total
Blog articles 16/27 59%
Discordian ISMS 34/43 79%
Product pages 9/10 90%
Industry + ISO 6/7 86%
Core pages 5/5 100%
Total 72/96 75%

Note: The TRANSLATION_SESSION_FINAL_REPORT.md indicates that a batch of Danish and Finnish blog translations was completed in January 2026, covering 6 specialized blog posts. However, the vast majority of files remain untranslated.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

  • All core pages translated for both DA and FI (10 files total)
  • All product pages translated for both DA and FI (18 files total)
  • All industry/ISO pages translated for both DA and FI (12 files total)
  • All blog articles translated for both DA and FI (~32 files total)
  • All discordian ISMS files translated for both DA and FI (~69 files total)
  • Translations use natural, professional Danish/Finnish language
  • Danish special characters (æ, ø, å) used correctly throughout
  • Finnish compound words and grammatical cases are correct
  • HTML structure, links, images, and metadata remain intact
  • No broken links or missing elements after translation

🛠️ Implementation Guidance

Priority order:

  1. Core pages (services, projects, why-hack23, accessibility-statement, security-assessment-checklist)
  2. Product pages (cia-features, black-trigram-features, compliance-manager-features, etc.)
  3. Industry and ISO guides
  4. Blog articles
  5. Discordian ISMS policies

Approach:

  1. Translate <article>/<main> section body content from English to target language
  2. Preserve all HTML structure, attributes, links, images
  3. Use index_da.html / index_fi.html as terminology reference
  4. Keep brand names and product names untranslated
  5. For Danish: Ensure proper use of æ, ø, å characters
  6. For Finnish: Ensure proper compound words and inflections
