Adds a 'Public Food Key' attribute to the Crop model, allowing for the storage of the Australian Food Composition Database ID. The crop show page is updated to link to the corresponding food details page on the AFCD website. A field has also been added to the crop form to allow users to add or edit this key.

This variable is used in the `_history` partial, which is rendered by the `show` view. This improves the performance of the page by only executing the query for the currently active tab. The controller action now uses a `case` statement based on a `tab` URL parameter to execute the appropriate query.
