### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR upgrades `shadow-jar-plugin` to 8.3.10. ### Why are the changes needed? To support JDK 26 officially. - https://github.com/GradleUp/shadow/releases/tag/8.3.10 - GradleUp/shadow#1799 - GradleUp/shadow#1898 - This fixes potential classpath conflicts when using Shadow with other plugins that also use ASM. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
