Code Review

This pull request introduces a new dns-managed-zone module for creating Google Cloud DNS Managed Zones and record sets. Feedback includes a requirement to index the new module in the root modules/README.md and remove redundant manual documentation. Technical issues were identified regarding an incorrect escaped interpolation in a for_each loop, the need for fully qualified domain names in record sets, and an overly restrictive Terraform version constraint.
