Commenting on an event is saved as RSVP without status #1131

Describe the bug
Comments are comments and should be separated more clearly from RSVPs.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create & save an event
- View the event
- Comment on the event using the regular comment blocks
- See the comment appear under Admin/GatherPress/RSVP which makes no sense
