Describe the bug

Dropdown in RSVP Response block remains disabled when it should be enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. When Attending, refresh page
2. Change response to "Not Attending"
3. Change dropdown to show Not Attending
4. Change RSVP to Attending
5. Dropdown is disabled when it should be enabled
