This pull request should resolve the issue with the value pools mentioned in #604. The corresponding pull request in the KomodoOcean repository can be found at DeckerSU/KomodoOcean#63. To obtain the correct values for the sprout and sapling value pools, nodes should be reindexed after the update. Bootstraps (which are copies of the full blockchain data folder) will maintain backwards compatibility, meaning you can easily copy the blockchain data folder from old nodes to new ones, but not vice versa.
