Context: We observed some issues of some duplicate entries from feeds of WordPress.org due to inconsistencies in their HTTP vs. HTTPS. The culprit is:
* Automattic/pushpress#15

SimplePie has a mechanism for enforcing HTTPS on selected domains (none by default), but this mechanism was not applied everywhere, lacking in particular item ID.

Downstream:
* FreshRSS/FreshRSS#8037
* FreshRSS/FreshRSS#5151
