Is registration always automatic when RF is enabled? Perhaps we should reconfigure the registration parameters when attempting to connect with AT+COPS?

Cellular interface library rely on automatic registration by modem. We can consider to add this feature to select PLMN manually.

Manual network selection is often a persistent setting stored in NVM, so it may be desirable to explicitly set AT+COPS=0 to enable auto registration.
