[Super Text] - Add support for max lines and overflow indicator (Resolves #2922)
We've gone this whole time without supporting a max line cutoff in
SuperText, nor an overflow indicator. This PR adds support for both of those.We want this, at the moment, so we can support a "preview mode" for chat use-cases, where a draft document might exist in a little collapsed chat editor, but we only want to show the first line or two of that draft.
