Added a conditional check
<?php if (!isset($uploadLocationsAndDirectoriesDropdownChoices)): ?>to determine if the current context is the main File Manager page. In that case, breadcrumb navigation now triggers a full page reload, resolving the issue where the “New Folder” action used an incorrect upload location.When accessed via a modal window, breadcrumb navigation continues to function via AJAX as before.
