File Manager - New Folder creates folder in wrong location #4894
Description
In the File Manager, If I create a New Folder and then drag-n-drop a batch of new files... they successfully upload.
Then if I click the breadcrumbs to navigate to the folder above... when I click the New Folder button now, it automatically wants to put this new folder inside the previous new folder (that I just uploaded the files too) instead of the currently viewed folder.
