Fix the following errors in BIDS 2 Legacy conversion
Michael:

• Dataset comparison between derivatives and derivativesReference appears to catch on a difference between Acknowledgment fields (one ends 1.9.0, the other 1.9.0_BETA).
• Comparison of ASL4D.json in derivatives seems to report a difference in GeneratedBy.Version between 1.9.0 and 1.9.0_BETA

Jan:

• BIDS2Legacy converts XXX_aslContext.tsv into ASL4D_aslContext.tsv instead of ASL4Dcontext.tsv
