I've added the Copy Task in the DynamoCoreWpf.csprof for copying the files from \doc\distrib\html\en-US\PackageManager\ to DynamoCoreWpf\ViewModels\PackageManager. I've added the Copy Task in the DynamoCoreWpf.csprof for copying the files from\doc\distrib\html\en-US\LinterViewExtension\ to LintingViewExtension\Docs\en-US I've added the Copy Task in the DynamoCoreWpf.csprof for copying the files from \doc\distrib\html\en-US\PythonNodeModels\ to Libraries\PythonNodeModels\Docs\en-US Also added the html files as embedded resources (per the 13 languages) for PackageManager, LinterViewExtension and PythonNodeModels.

Purpose
Changes for Source Level Localization for the next projects/extensions:
I've added the Copy Task in the DynamoCoreWpf.csprof for copying the files from \doc\distrib\html\en-US\PackageManager\ to DynamoCoreWpf\ViewModels\PackageManager.
