The problem

When you don't change anything about an entry, it always detects that changes were made to the start date and time, as well as the end date/time. This should not occur. I suspect this is due to the difference between seconds and milliseconds.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. tmpo start
2. wait a few seconds
3. tmpo stop
4. tmpo edit -> Select the most recent entry you made
5. Click enter through every option without changing anything
6. See issue when you get to save changes
