Overview

This issue tracks moving diagnostics currently produced by the MVVM Toolkit generators that are not being gathered in the generation pipeline (as in, they're gathered in pipelines only producing these diagnostics and no sources) to separate analyzers. This will allow Roslyn to run them asynchronously and to improve performance overall.
