Description

Story: BI-2595
The apache Tika upgrade broke email sending, unclear exactly why. I reverted that change, BI-2156 (PR).

⚠️ I recommend hiding whitespace changes when reviewing pom.xml.

Dependencies

Must run with bi-docker-stack.

Testing

Test transactional email sending (either with SES or mailhog) when running with bi-docker-stack. Ensure email sends successfully.
