Er zitten wat zaken in deze PR die ik nodig heb voor de t&t / gbav bericht verwerking, oa datamodel aanpassing. Het zou mooi zijn als we een betere (integratie) test coverage hadden. |

moet dit niet getBestandsDatum() zijn ipv tijdstip van verwerken (new Date())? bestandsdatum wordt gevuld met kennisgeving.getStuurgegevens().getTijdstipBericht()
