This commandlet calls the Microsoft.Insights commandlet 'Get-AzureResourceProviderLog' for the 'Microsoft.Authorization' resource provider and post-processes the results to make it more presentable. It is intended to give a view of all Authorization related changes that occurred in the subscription for the given time period
