Steps to reproduce the issue
- Go to Users > My Profile and switch your language to Hebrew.
- Go to Appearance > Widgets.
- Open Widget Visibility options for one of the active widgets.
It seems that we're missing the CSS to style Widget Visibility on RTL sites. While this is most likely not new, it's become a real problem when we merged #3406, since RTL users now can't use the module anymore.
